01-28-16 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HISTORIC RESOURCES <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS OF <br />THE HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Historic Resources Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The powers and duties of the Historic Resources Commission are <br />specified in Section 2-370 of the Charter of the City of Santa Ana and in <br />Chapter 30 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />B. The City Charter requires that each board or commission prescribe rules <br />and regulations governing its operations. <br />C. The Historic Resources Commission desires to amend its Bylaws herein. <br />Section 2. The Historic Resources Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby approves and adopts the bylaws as fully restated in "Exhibit A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein. <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the Historic Resources Commission, and the Commission Secretary shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 2016. <br />AYES: Commissioners: Christy, Garcia, Hitterdale, Murashie, Tardif, <br />Verino (6) <br />NOES: Commissioners: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Commissioners: Coolidge, Schaefer (2) <br />ABSTENTIONS: Commissioners: None (0) <br />Resolution No. 2016-01 <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
