SECTION III - WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include as an insured the person(s) or organization(s) shown <br />in the schedule above, but only with respect to their liability arising out the maintenance, operation or use by you of <br />equipment leased to you by such person(s) or organization(s). <br />2. With respect to the insurance afforded to the person(s) or organization(s) scheduled above, their status as an <br />insured ends when their contract or agreement with you for such leased equipment ends. <br />3, The coverage provided by this endorsement shall not apply to: <br />a. Claims or suits based upon or arising from an actual or alleged Act, error or omission in the performance of <br />professional services of the person(s) or organization(s) shown in the schedule above. <br />b.
