SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT HELICOPTER SERVICES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />c r - <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />A- 2014- 113 -02 <br />4;1 <br />This Second Amendment to the Agreement for Law Enforcement Helicopter Services is <br />o entered into this First day of June, 2016, which date is enumerated for purpose of <br />reference only, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />cam, corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California, hereinafter referred to as "CITY', and the County of Orange, a political <br />subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY ", to amend <br />that certain Agreement between the parties commencing July 1, 2014 hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Agreement'. <br />1. For the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, in accordance with Section <br />4.01 ANNUAL FLIGHT HOURS, COST and PAYMENT of the Agreement, Exhibit <br />"Xis amended as attached hereto. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, to the extent that they are not in conflict <br />with the SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, remain unchanged. <br />
