EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICE=S <br />Wordpress Makeover will provide ongoing website maintenance for the Santa Ana Police <br />Department's recruiting website www.Jo!nSantaAnaPD.com at the rate of $500 per month. <br />Services provided include: <br />• Same day service updating job posting links <br />• Add additional content as it is provided by Santa Ana PD <br />• Assist SAPID with addition content development <br />• Propose and develop strategies to increase website traffic <br />• Monitor website weekly to ensure all website content is accessible and performing as <br />designed <br />• Leads automatically sent to autoresponder system <br />® Blog & Video Blog System available <br />Continually integrate Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube Videos, <br />• Search Engine Optimization Monitoring <br />• Uptime Monitoring <br />• Website Speed Optimization <br />• Automatic Off -Site Website Content Backups <br />• Proactive Plugin; Theme, & Wordpress Updates <br />® Malware & Security Monitoring for Unauthorized Content <br />Additional website development over the term of this Agreement will be requested and confirmed In <br />writing (email is acceptable) with the cost outlined.
