CITY Or SANTA ANA <br />PROPOSAL <br />PROJECT NO.: 16 -6859 <br />LOCAL, STREET SLURRY SEAL 2015 -16 <br />STATEMENT REGARDING APPRENTICESHIP REQUIREMENTS <br />The undersigned BIDDER is familiar with the requirements of Section 1777.5 of the State Labor <br />Code regarding employment of apprentices, and understands that contractors on contracts <br />exceeding $30,000 or 20 working clays shall: <br />1.
