The ancillary building was <br />constructed on a separate legal parcel, but the two lots function as a single, 13,651 square foot lot. <br />The subject site is located on Santa Clara Avenue between Greenleaf and Ross Streets (Exhibit 1). <br />Analysis of the Issues <br />Historical Listing <br />In March 1999, the City Council approved Ordinance No. NS -2363 establishing the Historic <br />Resources Commission and the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties.
