AGREEMENT WITH IRON MOUNTAIN FOR OFFSITE STORAGE OF <br />HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM RECORDS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. <br />4, 1} <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Executive Director to execute an <br />agreement with Iron Mountain to provide offsite storage of Housing Choice <br />Voucher Program records in an amount not to exceed $60,000, for a three-year term <br />beginning August 2, 2016 through July 31, 2019, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the Executive Director and the Housing Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br />5. AGREEMENT WITH STERLING BACKCHECK INC. FOR CRIMINAL <br />BACKGROUND CHECKS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4, 1} <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Executive Director to execute an <br />agreement with Sterling Backcheck Inc. to conduct criminal background checks for <br />the Housing Choice Voucher Program in an amount not to exceed $75,000, for a <br />three-year term beginning August 2, 2016 through July 31, 2019, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and the Housing <br />Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br /> <br />6. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH YARDI SYSTEMS, INC. {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 4, 1} <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Executive Director to execute an <br />amendment to the agreement with Yardi Systems, Inc. to extend the term <br />beginning September 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 and increase the <br />compensation by an additional $60,000, for a total amount not to exceed $120,000, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and the <br />Housing Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br /> <br />7. APPLICATION FOR PROJECT-BASED VOUCHERS FOR HOMELESS <br />VETERANS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 3C} <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Executive Director of the <br />Housing Authority or designee to submit an application for seventy-five project- <br />based vouchers for homeless veterans in response to a Notice of Set-Aside Funding <br />Availability issued by the Housing and Urban Development Department. <br /> <br /> <br />***END OF BUSINESS CALENDAR*** <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
