APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENT ACCEPTING OFFICE OF <br />TRAFFIC SAFETY, STEP PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, <br />3B} - Police Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.AGMT - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a one- <br />year agreement, Grant Number PT17117, with the State Office of Traffic Safety <br />for Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant funds, for a term <br />beginning October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017, in an amount not to <br />exceed $400,000, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Approve an appropriation adjustment.
