AGMT - SENIOR MOBILITY PROGRAM {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 4B} - Parks, <br />Recreation & Community Services Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute amendment to Cooperative Agreement No. C-1-2492 with <br />Orange County Transportation Authority and Vietnamese Community of Orange <br />County to extend the expiration date from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2021 and to <br />modify the scope, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />25B. PROVIDE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR THE SANTA ANA <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT’S DOOR ACCESS SYSTEM {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 2} <br />- Police Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br /> <br /> <br />1.AGMT - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />three-year agreement with Simplex Grinnell LP for the maintenance and support <br />of the Santa Ana Police Department’s electronic door access system for the term <br />beginning October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2018, in an amount not to <br />exceed $44,388, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Authorize payment for the first year of the agreement, which commenced <br />October 1, 2015, in the amount of $14,796. <br /> <br /> <br />25C. AGMT - CONSULTANT SERVICES RELATED TO PREPARATION OF CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM REIMBURSEMENT CLAIMS {STRATEGIC PLAN <br />NO. 6, 1G} - Public Works Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to exercise the first of two one-year extension options for the agreement <br />with MGT of America, Inc., for the one-year term beginning September 1, 2016, and <br />expiring on August 31, 2017, to provide for State mandated cost reimbursement <br />claim services for Fiscal Year 2016, in the amount not to exceed $11,400, and to <br />include services related to preparation of reimbursement claims for capital projects, <br />in the amount of $45,125, for an aggregate amount not to exceed $56,525, subject to <br /> <br />nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25D.
