AGMT NO. 2016 -194 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a one -year agreement, Grant Number PT17117, with <br />the State Office of Traffic Safety for Selective Traffic Enforcement <br />Program (STEP) Grant funds, for a term beginning October 1, 2016, <br />through September 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $400,000, <br />subject to non- substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
