Marquez and Cecilia M. Marquez, for <br />the property commonly known as/location 1301 West 12th Street (APN 004-113- <br />34); full acquisition type, in the amount of $445,000; and <br /> <br /> <br />2.AGMT – With property owner, Liang, Inc., for the property commonly known <br />as/location 1111 North Bristol Street (APN 405-274-10); full acquisition type, in <br />the amount of $4,635,245. <br /> <br /> <br />25M. AGMT - PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR BRISTOL STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />PHASE 4 (PROJECT NO. 116741 NONGENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN <br />NOS. 6, 1G; 3, 2C} - Public Works Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a purchase agreement with property owner Philip Albert <br />Escobedo, for the property commonly known as 1241 Camden Place (APN 015-214- <br />10), for the full purchase price for said real property and goodwill (if any), in the <br />amount of $4,100, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25N. AMENDED AND RESTATED SOLID WASTE SERVICES AND AUTHORIZE <br />STAFF TO EXPLORE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF AN <br />EXTENSION {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4, 1} - Public Works Agency and City <br />Attorney's Office <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Approve the proposed Amended and Restated Solid Waste Services Agreement <br />with USA Waste of California, Inc. (dba Waste Management of Orange County) <br />for the purpose of consolidating all previous amendments and identifying a <br />single franchise fee, exclusive of duly noticed and approved pass-through fees; <br />all other terms of the agreement remain the same, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Authorize the City Manager to explore the pros and cons of a possible extension <br />of the Solid Waste Services Agreement with USA Waste of California, Inc.
