Holzer <br />SUBJECT: PROJECT NO. 16.2668: Riverview, Cabrillo & Windsor Court <br />Resurfacing <br />The following change has been made to the Contract Documents and Specifications for <br />the subject project: <br />1. Replace Pages v Notice Inviting Bids. The Bid date has been moved to June 7, <br />2016. <br />2. Please note the following City's new security policy and sign -in procedures: <br />The Agency publicly opens and reads bids at the time and place noted on the <br />Notice Inviting Bids. Prior to Bid Opening, Contractors will be required to comply <br />with the City's new security policy and sign -in with the receptionist on the first <br />floor (policy attached). Contractors will sign -in under Bid opening for Project <br />16-2668 to receive elevator access to the 3rd floor lobby.
