Councilmemebr Martinez, important to have community benefit in proposal <br />considered; include labor to offer good paying jobs; City Council has received a <br />request for a dog park; change culture in Downtown to support multi -modal <br />modes of transportation; repurpose all areas and possibly include roof -top <br />decks. <br />Mayor Pulido, supports project and ad hoc committee; clarified that Caribou <br />Industries is applicant considered for a Disposition and Development <br />Agreement. <br />MOTION: Approve Option 1 - Direct staff to prepare a Disposition and <br />Development Agreement with Caribou Industries and bring back to City <br />Council for consideration. <br />MOTION: Benavides SECOND: Pulido <br />VOTE: AYES: Amezcua, Benavides, Martinez, Pulido, Reyna (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSTAINED Sarmiento(1) <br />AND NOT <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: Tinajero (1) <br />65B.
