251. <br />year July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 to the following amounts, subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2016-205 — With Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts <br />Center in the amount of $164,000, to provide occupational skills <br />training in the areas of office administration, mental health <br />paraprofessional, and childcare worker certification, offer job <br />preparation, paid work experience, tutoring, mentoring, counseling, <br />and supportive services, for 20 youth; <br />2. AGMT NO. 2016-206 — With Orange County Conservation Corps in the <br />amount of $160,000, to provide alternative secondary education that <br />leads to a high school diploma, credential training in forklift operator, <br />safe food handling, customer service, computer software, job <br />preparation, paid work experience, post -secondary education <br />resources, and support services for 20 youth; <br />3. AGMT NO. 2016-207 — With Orange County Labor Federation in the <br />amount of $65,000, to provide a pre -apprenticeship program that will <br />provide pre -apprenticeship and apprenticeship preparation, workforce <br />preparation, job readiness skills, and direct placement with <br />apprenticeship programs for 10 youth; and <br />4.
