On August 9, 2016, a public notice was published in the Orange <br />County Register, La Opini6n, and Nguoi Viet News indicating that the draft report would be <br />available for review and public comment beginning August 20, 2016. The draft CAPER was also <br />available for public review on the City's website. All comments received in written form and at the <br />above - mentioned public hearing will be included in the final document that is to be submitted to <br />HUD, which is due by no later than September 28, 2016. Due to the timeframe for submission, <br />the final document may include minor revisions, pending final activity and expenditure reports. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #4 - Fiscal Sustainability, Objective <br />#1 (maintain a stable, efficient and transparent financial environment). The CAPER reports the <br />City's accomplishments and expenditures associated with the following HUD entitlement grants: <br />19D-2 <br />
