EJC'adg <br />7/8/77 <br />9K 12326PK 1 198 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77 -75 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM <br />DEED FROM THE UNITED STAPES OF AMERICA <br />PURSUANT TO APPLICATION DATED <br />NOVEMBER 19, 1975, <br />f WHEREAS, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has executed <br />ijlll and delivered a quitclaim deed dated June 30, 1977, conveying to <br />the City Of Santa Ana certain real property for public park <br />and public recreation purposes on the south side of Edinger <br />Avenue east of the Santa Ana River, pursuant to an application <br />for surplus Federal property dated November 19, 1975, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br />That the City of Santa Ana accepts said quitclaim <br />deed and the conveyance. thereby made, and the Clerk of the <br />Council is directed to cause said quitclaim deed together with <br />a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the of#ioe of <br />the County Recorder. <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of _.
