Vice Chair Bauer disclosed communication with Pam Sapetto on <br />Agenda Item No. 4. <br />AGENDA ITEM TAKEN OUT OF ORDER <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />4. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2016-02 <br />(Applicant: Heritage Village OC LCC — Housing Opportunity Ordinance) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Register on July 15, 2016 and notices <br />mailed July 14, 2016. <br />A project overview was provided by Hassan Haghani, Executive Director. Vice Chair <br />Bauer opened the public hearing. <br />The following speakers spoke on the proposed amendment: <br />• Marina Ramirez, representing NeighborWorks O.C., spoke in opposition <br />• Luis Sarmiento, representing Centro Cultural de Mexico, spoke in opposition <br />• Ana Urzua, representing S.A.
