("Consultant ") and the City of Santa Aria, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ( "City "), <br />a tals <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #A- 2014.192, effective July 1, 2014 {'Agreement % by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide state legislative advocacy and liaison services to City. <br />B. The term of the Agreement was for an initial period of one year, from July 1, 2014 through July 1, 2015, <br />with two one -year options exercisable by the City. <br />C. T'he parties executed a First Amendment No, A -2014 - 192.01 to exercise the first option and extend the term of <br />the Agreement for an additional one -year period, from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. <br />D, The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to exercise the second one -year option and extend the terns <br />of the Agreement for a final one -year period, <br />The Pardes therefore agree: <br />1, Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agrcomont for the ono year period from July 1, 2016 <br />through June 30, 2017. <br />2.
