Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12 -month contract period. <br />What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Only the <br />viewable space will print. <br />GHH Emergency Shelter Program provides a safe environment for women coming from many unsafe <br />$ <br />enviroments such as: living on the streets or in their car, fleeing domestic violence and human traffiicking. <br />GHH provides much more than a safe place to live, GHH provides case management, counseling, food and <br />6,250.00 <br />other supportive services. GHH strives to serve the invisible populations from Santa Ana and surrounding <br />$ <br />cities. We ensure each woman receives love and hope in a healing environment. <br />$ <br />Schedule of Performance <br />Estimate the number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served by the funded program during the 12 -month <br />contract period per quarter. (Enter number of new Santa Ana clients served each quarter.
