Description of Work - In the space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12 -month contract <br />period. What specific activities will be undertaken during the contract period. Please be concise in your <br />14tt'ANMAT']01M <br />Providing basic needs and essential supports to connect unshelteredhomeless individuals to necessary <br />services such as: emergency shelter, health care, food,hygiene, and system network support with the <br />overall goal to make a connection to permanenthousing. IF deploys basic needs support (hygiene, socks, <br />food, rain gear) to create opportunities for staff to informally engage and assess individuals within their <br />peer and community setting. Addressing individuals in areas that nonprofits neglect or ignore has also <br />offered unique engagement opportunities.
