lb�VVewill make these payments regardless of <br />ap- <br />plicable limit of insurance. We will pay reason- <br />able expenses for: <br />(1) First aid administered at the time of an <br />accident; <br />(2) Necessary medium[ surgical, x-ray and <br />dental services, including prosthetic de- <br />vices; and <br />(%) Necessary ambub*nne, hompKm|. profes- <br />sional nursing and funeral services. <br />2. Exclusions <br />Wewill not pay expenses for "bodily injury': <br />a. Toany insured, <br />b. Toa person hired todowork for orombehalf of <br />any insured wratenant cfany insured. <br />c. To m person injured on that part ofpremises <br />you own or rent that the person nonmm|Uynccu- <br />piaa. <br />d. To m pemom, whether or not an "employee" of <br />any insured, ifbenefits for the "bodily injury" are <br />payable ormust be provided under nworkers' <br />compensation or disability benefits law or u <br />similar law. <br />a. To operoon injured whHetaking part in athlet- <br />__ <br />f. Included within the "products -completed opera- <br />tions hazard". <br />g. Excluded under Coverage A. <br />h. Due to war, whether or not declared, or any act <br />or condition incident howar. War includes civil <br />war' imeurroodon, rebellion or revolution. <br />SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS — COVERAGES /\ <br />AND <br />1. We will pay, with respect Loany claim we investi- <br />gate or settle, or any "suit" against an insured we <br />a. All expenses we incur. <br />b. Up to $250 for cost ofbail bonds required be- <br />cause of accidents or traffic law violations aris- <br />ing <br />e-mauuoofacoidentsortraffic|awvkolationsohs- <br />img out of the use of any vehicle to which the <br />Bodily Injury Liability Coverage applies. We do <br />not have Lofurnish these bonds. <br />c. The cost oybonds to release attachments, but <br />only for bond amounts within the applicable <br />limit nfinsurance. We do not have to furnish <br />these bonds, <br />e. All costs taxed against the insured in the "suit" <br />t Prejudgment interest awarded against the <br />insured o*that part ofthe judgment mepay, |f <br />we make an offer to pay the applicable limit of <br />inaurance, we will not pay any prejudgment in- <br />terest based on that period of time after the of- <br />fer. <br />g. All interest on the full amount wfany judgment <br />that accrues after entry ofthe judgment and be- <br />fore we have paid, offered to pay. or deposited <br />in court the part of the judgment that is within <br />the applicable limit ofinsurance. <br />Theo* payments will not naduoo the limits ofinsur- <br />ance. <br />2. If we defend an insured and an <br />indemnitee ofthe insured iaalso named mmaparty <br />to the ^suiC', we will defend that indemnitee if all of <br />the following conditions are met: <br />m. The "suit" against the indemnitee seeks dam- <br />ages for which the insured has assumed the li- <br />ability ofthe indemnitee in a contract oragree- <br />ment that in an "'insured contract"; <br />b' Thin�msunanceapplies iosuch UatA|i�tyassumed <br />bythe insured; <br />c. The obligation to dmfend, or the cost of the <br />defense of, that indemnitee, has also been as- <br />sumed by the insured in the same 1msunwd <br />d. The allegations inthe ^oub"and the information <br />we know about the "occurrence" are such that <br />noconflict appears boexist between the inter- <br />ests of the insured and the interests of the in- <br />demnitee; <br />e. The indemnitee and the insured ask unk/con- <br />duct mndconbo|th*defenoeofthatindemnihew <br />against such "suit" and agree that we can um - <br />sign the noma counsel to defend the insured <br />and the indemmitae�and <br />f.
