HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS — None <br />COUNCIL RECESSED to Room 147 for Closed Session discussion at 5:16 p.m. <br />TELECONFERENCE - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b), Councilmember <br />Tinajero participated in a portion of the meeting via teleconference from 1295 Coast Village <br />Rd., Santa Barbara, CA 91733. Councilmember Tinajero, indicated that the agenda for said <br />meeting was posted at location as required by the Brown Act. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain <br />matters without members of the public present.
