CITY OF SANTA ANA Addendum One DEFINITION OF BID ITEMS 8/1�I11 s PROJECT NO.. 162651 CIVIC CENTER RE-CAULKING EXPANSION JOINTS AT PLAZA OF TETE FOUNTAINS AND PLAZA OF THE FLAGS DEFINITION OF BID ITEMS The unit prices paid for the items listed in the Contractor's Proposal as defined herein shall be considered full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment, and doing all work involved to furnishing and installing the materials complete and in place, In accordance with the details shown on the Plans, as spewed herein, and as directed by the Engineer, All Incidental work which Is neither shown on the Plans not otherwise speeded, and which Is necessary to complete the Improvements as shown on the Plans and as specyied in the Contract Documents (defined in the Contract/Agreement), shall be furnished and installed as though such work were shown on the Plans or speo0ed in the Contract Documents, and no additional compensation shall be allowed therefore. The scope of work includes, but Is not limited to, each bid item listed In the Contractor's Proposal and as described In the, following, JOINT SLALANT ITEMS Bid Item No. I - Slkaflox 2C SL Joint Sealant (Limestone color) & Backer Rod Payment for Sikaflex 2C SL Joint Sealant (Limestone color) & Backer Rod shall be at the contract unit price bid per linear feet listed in the Bid Proposal, and shall include full compensation for doing all work, including removing any existing material in joints, furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals as required and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore, Contractor to verify widths of existing joints prior to bid. .Bid Item No. 2 - Sikaflex Primer 429 Payment for Sikaflex Primer 429 shall be at. the contract unit price bid per linear feet listed hi the Bid Proposal, and shall include full compensation for doing all work, including furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals as required and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore.
