The facility is utilized by all City departments who operate City vehicles <br />including Police, Public Works, Planning & Building, Parks & Recreation, and Finance. Due to its <br />age and extended use, the facility does not operate properly and is routinely shut down for <br />repairs and experiences a substantial amount of water runoff resulting in high water loss and <br />costs. As a result, there is limited use of the existing facility. <br />The replacement and upgrade of this facility was included in the Surplus Allocation Plan <br />approved by City Council in October, 20, 2015.
