A project overview was provided by Vince Fregoso, Principal Planner. Chairperson Verino opened the public hearing. Written communication received in opposition of the project from Steve Hardy. Garrick Batt and Jeff Sherman, representing the sign company, answered questions and spoke in support of the project. Steve Hardy spoke in opposition of the project noting concern for the digital sign. Commission discussion ensued on the electronic sign. There were no other speakers and the hearing was closed.
