• The final tax ratio percentages are available from the auditor controller's office annually <br />in February/March. Final reports will be prepared and delivered prior to the end of April <br />annually. <br />Preparation of a one and five year General Fund Revenue Spreadsheet to assist the City <br />in its budgeting process will be provided annually in February. Reviews of Successor <br />Agency revenue allocations and residual revenue distributions will be conducted as <br />requested by the City/Successor Agency. <br />C. SCOPE OF WORK AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />1. Sales and Use Tax 1% <br />HdLCC declines to bid on Sales and Use Tax 1%. <br />2. Secured and Unsecured Property Tax <br />a. PROPERTY TAX REPORTING SERVICES <br />HdLCC furnishes a variety of reports detailing property and revenue trends for the <br />entire City and for custom defined geographic areas. These reports can be used for <br />budgeting purposes, planning, economic development and public information. Among <br />the reports available are top 25, 50, 100 -property owner/taxpayer listings, multiple <br />ownership properties, non -owner occupied parcels, identification of property ownership <br />transfers and completed construction projects for tracking of reassessments. We also <br />provide the City with quarterly reports of pending assessment appeals and quarterly <br />sales transaction and trending analyses. <br />The secured and unsecured roll data is available annually from the County Assessor in <br />July/August, The lien date rolls are reconciled to the certified value reports received by <br />the City from the Auditor Controller in August and after verifying that the data <br />Page 1 10 <br />25B-36 <br />
