Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2014 -114 was <br />filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total construction delivery cost of this <br />project is $454,238, which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, testing, and <br />an authorized contingency of $36,395.
