<br />subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of this PSA, Seller agrees to sell to City, and City agrees
<br />tV purchase from Seller, that certain real property (hereinafter "Said Real P[Uperty") legally described

<br />Said purchase and sale of Said Real PK)p8dv shall be in aC80n18noe with and subject to all of the
<br />following terms, conditions, promises, covenants, agreements and provisions, to wit:
<br />1. Cony2yance by Seller, Seller agrees to convey said real property to City, bvGrant Deed, at the
<br />office of First American Title Insurance Company, 2 First American Way, Santa Ana, California, within
<br />one hundred and twenty (120) 88yn from and after the date OD which the City has approved this

<br />or without knowledge of any condition, restriction, reservation, exception, easement, assessment, profit,

<br />all leasehold interests), lien, Cloud or defect in title, shall not constitute a waiver by City 8f its right t0the

<br />1 Title Insurance. Seller agrees to deliver to City, concurrently with the CUUVey8Uoo of said real
<br />property to City, within the time and n(the place hevyinabOVe specified for said conveyance of said real
<br />property, 8 policy of title insurance to he iSSU8d by the above monhUOeU title company, with the City
<br />therein named as the insured, in the amount VfSix Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred
