Enclosed please find three (3) executed "Purchase and Sale Agreement for <br />Acquisition of Real Property and Bilateral Escrow Instructions" and one (1) executed <br />"Grant Deed" for the City's review and acceptance as follows: <br />1. 405- 262 -31 Lino Gaona and Teresa Gaona 5/24/16 $440,000.00 $472,000.00 <br />Vasquez, husband and wife and <br />Edgar Gaona, a single man, as <br />Joint tenants <br />Upon the City's acceptance and signature, please return two (2) copies of the fully <br />executed PSA and the original Grant Deed (please attach a certificate of acceptance <br />to the deed) to my attention for further processing.
