Exercise Documents <br />a. Proposer shall provide all documents necessary to conduct seminars, <br />workshops, tabletops, drills, functional and full-scale exercises In <br />accordance with HEESP guidelines, These documents should include, but <br />not be limited to: Exercise Plan, Controller/Evaluator Plan, Master Scenario <br />Events List (MESE}, Exercise Evaluation Guides, etc, <br />2.
