August 30, 2016 <br />Brad Hadley, Sergeant <br />UASI Grant Coordinator <br />Homeland Security Division <br />Santa Ana Police Department <br />This letter is in regards to the ASAUA - Final T&E Agreement for the purpose <br />of Automotive Insurance and Worker's Compensation. <br />Elite Command Training do not hire employees, rather we contact our <br />instructional services through private contractors. Therefore, we are not <br />required to obtain Workers Compensation Insurance as defined within the <br />State of California Labor Code. <br />In addition, we do not have company/business vehicles. Therefore, each <br />of our instructors' will carry individual automobile vehicle insurance.
