SECT11ON III — WHO IS AN INSURED, is amended to include any public entity as an additional insured for whom you are performing operations when YOU and such person or organization have agreed in a written contract or written agreement that such public entity be added as an additronal insured(s) on your policy, but only with, respect to liability for 'boddy injury", 'property, damage'"' of, "personal and advertising injury" caused, in whole or in part, by: 1. Your negligent acts or omissions" or 2. The negligent acts or ornissions of those acting on your behalf; in the performance of your ongoing operations. No such public entity, ws an additional insured for liability arising out of the "products-cornpleted operations hazard" or for liability arising out of the sole negligence of that public entity, B.
