5. Proposer will complete an Improvement Plan for each seminar, workshop, tabletop, <br />drill, functional and full-scale exercise delivered. Copies of the Improvement Plan will <br />be provided to the ASAUA Training & Exercise Coordinator Within 60 days of any <br />seminars, workshops, tabletops, drills, functional, and full-scale exercises. <br />6. Proposer Will upload, on behalf of the ASAUA, all necessary AARs and Improvement <br />Plans Into HSEEP within 60 days of completing any exercise activity, <br />3.2.3 QUANTITIES FOR EXERCISES <br />Quantities listed herein are estimates and are not to be construed as a commitment. No <br />minimum or maximum is guaranteed or implied. <br />3.2.4 PRICING FOR EXERCISES <br />1. All price quotes offered during an informal request for quote Process will remain firm <br />for the term of the resulting PC under the Agreement. <br />2, Unless otherwise stated, Proposer agrees that, in the event of ot price decline, the <br />benefit of such lower price shall be extended to the City. <br />3. All prices are to be FOR destination. Any freight/delivery charges are to be <br />included. <br />4, Any price increase or decrease for subsequent contract terms may be negotiated <br />between Proposer and City only after completion of the initial term. <br />5. Taxes and freight charges: <br />a. The City is soliciting a total price per single delivery of each seminar, <br />workshop, tabletop, drill, functional, and full-scale exercise. The price <br />quoted for each seminar, workshop, tabletop, drill, functional, and full-scale <br />exercise shall be the total cost the City will pay including Sales, Use, or <br />other taxes and all other charges. <br />b. No charge <br />for delivery, <br />drayage, <br />express, <br />parcel <br />post packing, <br />cartage, <br />insurance, <br />license fees, <br />permits, <br />costs of <br />bonds, <br />or any other <br />purpose, <br />RFQ No. 16-068 <br />Page 27 <br />
