INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br />WORK MY PROMPO <br />Cif aft <br />'ll <br />f2 (I) i0 2 4 21016 <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />Silvia Cuevas THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 19'x' day of September, 2016, by and between the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"), and Orange County Reforma ("Consultant"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Consultant entered into that certain Consultant Letter Agreement dated March 6, <br />2015, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement" (#N-2015-098), for Consultant to organize and <br />implement a conference focused on identifying and preserving Orange County Latino history through the <br />Memories of Migration project. <br />B. The parties hereto desire to amend the Compensation teen of said Agreement with regard to <br />invoicing. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises heremaiier <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, <br />the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />The section pertaining to invoicing is hereby amended to include the following language: <br />"Consultant shall provide invoices for payment in the following manner: 50% of cost up- <br />front, 25% of costs at the mid -point of project completion and for 25% of costs upon project <br />completion. Conference deliverables will include speaker/author expenses, publicity, equipment, <br />and conference materials." <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged <br />and in fiiR force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement the <br />date and year first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />Maria D.
