Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: <br />The Best Bubble Parties <br />13654 Victory Blvd. #545 <br />Van Nuys, California 91401 <br />(818)350-2825 <br />EVENT: Santa Ana Public Library's Entertainment Shows <br />SERVICE DATE(S): November 8, 2016 through November 9, 2016 <br />COMPENSATION: Not to exceed $570 <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />This vendor may provide up to two entertainment performances from November 8, 2016 through <br />November 9, 2016. Amount shall not exceed $570 total per the term of the contract. The Best Bubble <br />Parties provides a program about the science and magic of bubbles. Shows will be presented at either the <br />Main Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana CA 92701, or the Newhope Library Learning Center, 122 <br />N. Newhope Street, Santa Ana CA 92703. Location will be determined by the Project Manager. <br />The City will be responsible for setting up the space for the patrons attending and advertising the <br />program. Vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, supplies and personnel <br />necessary to perform the act. <br />
