$0 for auditing services. The OCLF will cover the cost. <br />17. Indirect Cost <br />$0 (10%) for indirect cost that covers paper, pens, pencils, binders, ink and printing. <br />18. Staff Training <br />$0 for staff training that will cover professional development <br />19. Staff Conferences <br />$1,000 for staff to attend conferences. <br />20. Staff Travel/Mileage <br />$1,300 for staff travel/mileage. Staff must submit a weekly mileage form with start and <br />end point and must be approved by Executive Director. <br />21. Participant Work Experience Wages <br />$11,700; The OCLF will provide up to $1,170 in wages per participant for successful <br />completion of Program Phase 1 & 2. <br />10 participants @ 9 payments of $130.00 per month for every 20 hours <br />completed. <br />22. Supportive Services <br />The OCLF will provide up to $2,600 in support services. <br />10 participants @ up to $260 for books, tools, belt, boots and/or tests. <br />23. Participant Incentives <br />$0 for participant incentives. <br />24. Youth Conference <br />$500 for youth to attend conference. Up to twenty (10) youth will attend Boys & Men of <br />Color Empowerment Conference with anticipated cost of $50, cost of $500. <br />25. Pertinent Documents/Forms <br />The OCLF plans on tracking hours, participant incentives and mileage by using sign -in <br />sheets and mileage logs.
