INSURANCE ON 1`11.6 <br />WORI(MAY PROCEED A 2016-102 <br />l NTIL INSURANCE EXPIRE; <br />CLERK Or COUNCIL <br />DATE: <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO <br />PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL UNIVERSAL WASTE COLLECTION <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 4TH day of May, 2016, by <br />and between WMCurbside, Inc. ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation duly organized and existing tinder the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2008-062 dated April 7, 2008, to provide universal <br />waste collection. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the parties desire to amend <br />the compensation and extend the Term of the Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in the Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation in the <br />amount not to exceed $25,000.00, to pay for the additional services during the extended <br />term. <br />2. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement period to June <br />30, 2018. <br />Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the <br />Agreement the date and year first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />MARIA D.
