A-2013-080-02 <br />June 1, 2014 <br />SANTA ANA <br />WORKFORCE <br />INVESTMENT BOARD <br />AGREEMENT MODIFICATION FOR <br />WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT YOUTH PROVIDER <br />Contractor: ORANGE COUNTY CONSERVATION CORPS <br />Agreement#: A- 2013-080-01 <br />The Orange County Conservation Corps Youth Service Provider Network (YSPN) Member Performance Plan <br />(Exhibit B) of Agreement A-2013-080 has been modified to reflect current enrollment goals and revised performance <br />standards released by the State Employment Development Department, effective July 1, 2013.
