Huizar <br />Pursuant to Agreement (A-2014-071) and the first Amended Agreement thereto (A-2015-117), <br />entered into by TransFirst, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 17, 2015, Section 3 "Term", the <br />time period of said Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, through June 30, <br />2017. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
