SUB -RECIPIENT shall exercise due care to preserve and safeguard equipment acquired with grant funds from damage or destruction and shall provide regular maintenance and such repairs for said equipment as necessary, in order to keep said equipment continually in good working order. Such maintenance and servicing shall be the sole responsibility of SUB -RECIPIENT, who shall assume full responsibility for maintenance and repair of the equipment throughout the life of said equipment. D. Any training paid pursuant to this Agreement shall conform to the guidelines as listed in FY 2015 Homeland Security Grant Program, as set forth above.
