("Contractor") and the City <br />of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement for Provision of Security Guard Services #A- <br />2011-122, dated May 2, 2011 ("Agreement"), by which contractor agreed to perform <br />security services at various City facilities. <br />B. The parties have executed four amendments to the Agreement, 4A-2011-122-02, #A- <br />2014-116, #A-2014-215, and 9A-2015-254, respectively through which the scope of <br />services, compensation, and tern have been extended. <br />C. The current term of this Agreement is currently in its final renewal option period and is <br />set to expire May 31, 2017 and remains unchanged by this amendment. <br />D. The parties again wish to amend the Agreement to increase the scope of services and total <br />annual compensation to be expended under this Agreement in support of the increased <br />scope of services. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 1, Scope of Services, is fhrther amended to augment services at the Main Library <br />and Newhope Library, and to add new services at the Santa Ana Police Department. The <br />new Scope of Services for the remainder of the Agreement teen is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit 4. The amended Staffing Schedule and Fee Schedule is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit 6 and 8, respectively. <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, is further amended to include an additional $221,753.92 so <br />that the total annual compensation shall not exceed $840,570.92. <br />3, Except as modified by this Fifth Amendment, and all prior amendments, all terms and <br />conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Fifth Amendment to the <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />Page 1 <br />A-2016-200 <br />
