<br />Section II - Liability Coverage, Part I. Who Is an 
<br />Insured, Item 2.a.(1) is amended as follows: 
<br />(1) Personal Injury to you or to a co -employee 
<br />while in the course of his or her employment, 
<br />or the spouse, child, fetus, embryo, parent, 
<br />brother, sister or any member of the house- 
<br />hold of that employee or co -employee as a 
<br />consequence of such Personal Injury, or for 
<br />any obligation to share damages with or repay 
<br />someone else who must pay damages because 
<br />of the injury; or 
<br />14. Mental Anguish Is Included in Bodily Injury 
<br />Section III - Definitions, Item 4. is replaced with 
<br />4. Bodily injury means bodily injury, sickness or 
<br />disease sustained by a person, It includes 
<br />death or mental anguish which result at any 
<br />time from such physical harm, physical sick-
