Upon completion of work, the technician will close out the call and log any <br />reschedules or issue a follow up appointment. Service reports are reviewed by <br />the service manuiger and then issued to the customer as a summary report. <br />We are fully transparent with our customers from the time of the call to the <br />arrival and service tirne, We also share the technician's remakrs with the <br />customer, <br />Service calls outside of the 10 call protocol will be placed on immediate <br />attention. When the technician inputs the par l numbers needed for the repair, <br />our warehouse manager will start preparing the parts available. The <br />technician can return to the warehouse to pink it up and continue the call or <br />reschedule at the City's earliest availability. <br />C. Techniggi3upp rt — Service Provider shall provide techrucat support ror all equipment and <br />software an the Multi -Function Devices (MFD) under lease by the City, including applicable 3`d <br />party software and hardware. The City shall not be required to 'deal separately with a 3111 panty <br />venclor. 'Phis support includes any applicable 3" Party software that may be added by Service <br />Provider daroughout the term of the agreement. <br />C3 will handle all communication between FM Audit Lind Sharp's OSA partners. <br />New updates and software migration will be conducted by C3 with assistance <br />from the City Il' department. Future software purchases will be handled by C3 <br />throughout the terra of the agreement as well <br />D. qr 9 csnd Supplies — Service Provider will use only Ori&al Equipment Manulacturer (CEDED parts <br />and supplies for all of our Sharp and Canon MFPs. Desldop printers may be supplied by any <br />certified manufacturer and, distributor of prenihau reptacernent toner cartridges. Vendor will provide ftil.l <br />warrtnuy of all parts rind supplies and guarantee their wortonanslip, <br />C3 will use only OEM parts and supplies for the Sharp and Canon fleet, We will provide <br />full warranty of all pails and supplies and guarantee their workmanship, If a model is no <br />longer supported by our manufac turer, we will source ail parts until they are no longer <br />avoiicbie and alert the City <br />E, §eryice Reports — Service reports will be made available upon request by a designated City <br />representative. These reports will include but are not limited to: Car Log Number; Description of <br />Problem; Date and '['line Call Was Received; Contact Name and Phone Number; Equipment 1D <br />Number; Equipment Make and Model; Equipment Location; Data and Time of I" Response; Date and <br />Time of Arrival at Location; 'rota) Hours of Down.
