INC. <br />A-2016-268 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on September 20, 2016 <br />by and begween IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., a Maine corporation ("Consultant'), and the City of Santa <br />Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of <br />the State df California ("City's. <br />RECITALS <br />A. The p#.rties entered into Agreement #N-2015-156, dated May 6, 2015 ("Agreement'), by which <br />Consultant agreed to provide veterinary laboratory services. <br />B. The to n of the Agreement is from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017, and the Agreement remains in <br />C. In,,=, <br />with the terms and conditions ofthe Agreement, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to <br />provitI additional funds for the services that are the subject of the Agreement. <br />The Partios therefore agree: <br />Sectio 2, Compensation, is amended to include an additional ten thousand dollars ($10,000) so that <br />the tot 1 sum to be expended under the Agreement shall not exceed thirty five thousand dollars <br />2.
