City of Santa Ana Response to Request For Proposal (RFP) Medical Services Review ! 2/9/is <br />Additionally, ns part of our job analysis <br />Occu-Med can include a review of the City's <br />current testing protocols and procedures to <br />determine if any additional CAL/OSHA <br />specific testing could be included as part of the <br />pre -placement medical exam. Or, the City's <br />desire to review its drug testing policy in light <br />of the Lanier Case. <br />OCCU-Med projects that it can accomplish an <br />analysis of all required City job classes in no <br />more than one weeks time. After our Initial job <br />analysis is completed Occu-Med can on an annual basis refresh the City's Job Profiles to reflect changes <br />to the physical demands of the position. This will also be performed For the City's Medical Exam <br />Component Profiles in order to stay compliant with changes to applicable laws, like the Lmtiercase, or <br />updates to Guidelines like POST or NFPA. Occu-Med is prepared to begin work for the Cityon March 3, <br />2015, or sooner, in order to ramp -up, NOTE: If the City elects not to purchase this service Occa-Med <br />can work from the City's existing Job Descriptions and Medical Examination Protocols. Our job <br />analysis service can always be performed at a later date. <br />
