APPENDIX <br />ATTACHMENT 3-4: AGREEMENT STATEMENT <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />FOR <br />SANTA ANA ZOO MASTER PLAN <br />RFP NO.: 16-131 <br />Proposer understands that the Proposer will enter into an Agreement similar to that as shown in Attachment 2, <br />in the Appendix of this RFP.
