SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />REGIONAL WORKFORCE SERVICES <br />Attachment B <br />1. PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this CONTRACT is to provide services that support federally funded <br />services offered through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and by <br />the Orange County Development Board (OCDB) and its CONTRACTORS for <br />Professional Consulting Services in the Orange County Region. <br />2. SERVICES <br />CONTRACTOR may be called upon to serve one or more or a combination of One -Stop <br />Centers, Business Services, and Youth programs, Special Workforce Development <br />Projects, and other projects and programs to support regional workforce development as <br />funding allows. <br />A. CONTRACTOR will be provided access to the OCDB Project Manager who will <br />assist with the scheduling and information needed to complete the required <br />deliverables for said services and projects. <br />B. Monitoring and Evaluation Services will also be available, if needed. <br />3. DELIVERABLES <br />A. CONTRACTOR will be called upon to provide at minimum but not limited to <br />the following services on an as -needed basis: <br />i. Regional Planning and Implementation— Collaborate with the OCDB in <br />establishing and facilitating regional goals and objectives; developing <br />regional strategies, policies and programs as part of regional planning <br />and infrastructure development; focus on targeted populations, <br />communities and/or WIOA activities as a key partner in the state identified <br />Regional Planning Unit. <br />ii. <br />Workforce Development Service <br />Activity <br />Regional planning as part of State <br />Regional plan development and <br />identified regional planning unit <br />training coordination <br />WIOA implementation of regional <br />Data analytics, policy analysis, <br />training policies and practices <br />procedure alignment, industry <br />among local workforce <br />forums <br />development boards <br />County of Orange <br />OC Community Resources <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />20A-42 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Contract # 16 -28 -0039 -WS -P <br />
