<br />3. DEFINITION OF BID ITEMS
<br />Paget of 3, Bid Item No. 4— Emulsion -Aggregate Slurry (Type II -CSS -1h -EAS)
<br />Payment for Emulsion -Aggregate Slurry (Type II -CSS -1 h -EAS), shall be at the contract unit
<br />price bid per ton listed in the Bid Proposal, and shall include full compensation for doing all
<br />work, including furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and Incidentals as required
<br />and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore,
<br />REPLACE WITH:
<br />Payment for Emulsion -Aggregate Slurry (Type II -CSS -1 h -EAS), shall be at the contract unit
<br />price bid per extra long ton listed In the Bid Proposal, and shall Include full compensation for
<br />doing all work, Including furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and incidentals as
<br />required and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore.
