Approve Appropriation Adjustments for Santa Ana -Delhi Channel Diversion Project <br />November 15, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />The City of Santa Ana is the lead agency for the design and construction of the project. Upon completion <br />of the project, the parties will jointly share in the future costs of the operation and long-term maintenance <br />of the project which will be performed by both OC and OCFCD. Those maintenance costs and related <br />funding are included in the total project funding commitments detailed below. <br />The cost of the Santa Ana Delhi Diversion project design, construction, and 20 -year maintenance is <br />estimated at $9.4 million.
