within the Premises; (2) any spills, releases, discharges or disposals of Hazardous Substances <br />that have occurred or are presently occurring on or onto the Premises; (3) any spills or disposal <br />of Hazardous Substances that have occurred or are occurring adjacent to the Premises as a result <br />of any construction on or operation and use of the Premises or adjacent property; (4) any failure <br />to comply with all applicable local, state and federal environmental laws, regulations, <br />ordinances, and administrative and judicial orders relating to the generation, recycling, reuse, <br />sale, storage, handling, transport and disposal of any Hazardous Substances on the Premises or <br />adjacent property; or (5) the presence of any underground storage tanks, monitoring wells, water <br />wells or septic tanks now or in the past on the Premises. <br />22. NOTICE: All notices or demands required or permitted to be given or served <br />pursuant to this Lease shall be deemed to have been given or served only if in writing, postage <br />and/or delivery fees pre -paid and shall be sent by U.S.P.S.
